1. What ForkMath is
ForkMath is a diet, weight and nutrition tracking app. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Not medical advice
ForkMath provides estimates (calories, macros, body-fat, TDEE) and AI-generated suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a doctor or registered dietitian. Consult a professional before starting any diet, especially if you have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating.
If you tell us you manage diabetes or another condition, ForkMath may tailor its food suggestions and grocery lists to be more carb-conscious. This is general guidance only — not diabetes care, treatment, or a meal plan. ForkMath does not monitor blood glucose, and it must not be used to make medication, insulin-dosing, or other treatment decisions. Always follow your own monitoring and the plan from your healthcare provider.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ForkMath. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's involvement.
4. Your account
- Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information, including a working email address.
- You may export your data or delete your account at any time from the Me tab.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, disrupt the server, or use automated tools to farm AI features. AI features carry per-account daily limits.
6. Subscriptions & billing
ForkMath offers optional paid plans (Pro and Premium) as auto-renewable subscriptions. A free tier is always available.
- Purchase & price. On iOS, subscriptions are sold through Apple as in-app purchases. The exact price, billing period (monthly or annual), and what each plan includes are shown at the point of purchase before you confirm.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
- Manage or cancel. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or via the "Manage subscription" link in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds. Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple's terms, and refunds are handled by Apple, not ForkMath. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Changes to plans or pricing. We may change plan features or prices; any price change affecting your subscription will be disclosed and requires your consent as required by the App Store before it takes effect.
Your entitlement is tied to your ForkMath account, so an active subscription applies across the devices where you sign in.
7. Service & liability
ForkMath is provided "as is", without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features, and may close registration or suspend accounts that violate these terms. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including decisions made based on its estimates.
8. Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll note it in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
